The 7th Annual Real Deal Speed Camp is back. Young athletes from all over the region will receive hands on training throughout the summer. Over 2000 athletes since 2003 has experienced our training procedures. You will get faster during the camp, we guarantee it! We will focus on speed, agility,quickness,flexibility, balance, strength and explosiveness in our camp. Each camper will be tested at the beginning and the end of training to measure improvement. 2011 Summer Speed Camp Get Better During The Summer with speed and skills training for all sports Each camper will be tested at the beginning and the end of camp to gage their improvement. Dates are as follows: June 2,7,9,14,16,21,23,28,30 July 7th We will also provide make-up days July 12th &14th for vacations and emergencies Each camper will receive t-shirt training booklet and certificate. teams also finished 6th and 8th
overall in the state.
